Is Solar Armor a good set?

IMO Solar is not the best but the most versatile for full health players with WhatRads Perk. Solar armor is best used by commando medics and shotgun surgeon support builds, if you want to be a team healer it is the best set. The healing effect is quickly outpaced by vampires weapons and when used in tandem you are essentially death proof.
